REFUND POLICY

Services

All services & packages are strictly non-refundable, transferable and exchangeable. We strongly encourage customers to go for the Trial treatment before considering a package. 

Expiry

Trial : up to 3 months expiry
6 sessions : 6 months expiry
12 sessions : 12 months expiry

Products

All products are strictly non-refundable. Customers may visit our store to understand more on our products, appointment booking is highly recommended. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange request are only applicable under the following conditions, and are subjected to ONE FACE approval: 
– Products with manufacturing defect
– Products are unopened and in original packaging
– Exchange request is only valid within 3 days of receiving.
– Exchange process will be done in-store.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment should you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Otherwise, if your appointment is a session within a package which you had bought, the session shall be forfeited.

Late Arrival for Appointment

We aim to provide a comfortable experience for each of our patients. Kindly inform us should you be late for 15mins or more so we can facilitate the smooth flow of each appointment. There may be times when a late arrival may result in reduced treatment time, and or result in the rescheduling of your appointment
